Gorilla Tracking and Lake Kivu Boat Cruise

Day 1: From Kigali you will transfer to Volcanoes National Park Do Gorilla tracking
You will wake up at 4:30 a.m, take a very early morning breakfast. With your driver readily available, you will then begin the gorilla trekking tour at 5:00 am, lasting from between 2 – 2:30 hours on the way to the Volcanoes National Park. You will be at the park in time and then go for briefing at the park headquarters in Kinigi regarding the rules and guidelines of trekking gorillas in Rwanda. Having taken a briefing, your driver will drive you to a point where gorilla tracking in Rwanda commences from. All this depends on your assigned gorilla family. You will take hiking into the woodland in search of the Rwanda mountain gorillas. These are the most beloved mammal species to many visitors in Rwanda. Once you bump into them, you will have to keep around them for one hour. Take their photos and look at them closely before you ranger guides lead you back to starting base of the day’s trekking.
An accomplished gorilla trek Rwanda is usually followed by lunch. Take lunch at Lapalme Hotel or Mountain Gorilla View hotel before being transported Lake Kivu where you will have an overnight. You will stay Stipp Hotel or Lake Kivu Serena Hotel .
Day 2: Boat cruise on Lake Kivu, transfer to Kigali, then take a flight
After breakfast you will drive around Lake Kivu and then, you will go for a boat ride on the lake and later you will return to the hotel for lunch followed by a drive to Kigali taking about 2 hours. You will be dropped off at your lodge or later you will be transferred to the airport for your departure flight.
