2 Days Lake Mburo Tour

This Lake Mburo Tour takes you to Lake Mburo National Park is in Mbarara district. It a 3-4 hours drive from Kampala on Mbarara-Kampala highway. Then turn left at 13 km at Akageti after Lyantonde town bringing you to Sanga gate. The road is tarmac from Kampala with some comfort. Another drive of 13 kms from Sanga  trading center of Sanga gate, then 5 kms from the main road to Nshara gate and a 20-minute drive from Rwonyo Park Head Quarters.

Day 1: Drive to Lake Mburo, Take a Boat Ride

After breakfast depart for Lake Mburo National Park an extension of the Tanzanian plains with a  variety of attractions; make a stopover for a lunch en-route. Move on with the game drive en-route in search of zebra, eland antelope, hippos, crocodiles, impala and birds. After lunch, guided walks around the park start and sum up the afternoon with a boat ride on the lake. Overnight at Mantana tented camp, Mihingo lodge or Rwonyo camp.

Day 2: Enjoy a Game Viewing Tour, return to Kampala.

The day starts with an early breakfast, have a game drive through the park, and return to Kampala at your own convenience. Lunch en-route.
